After lunch we’ll visit the enchanting Island of Philae, and the powerful Temple of Isis Isis is associated with the ancients’ most highly revered star, Sirius.
The Temple of Isis was originally located upon the island of Philae, but was moved to save it from flooding in the 1960’s when the Aswan dam was built. Now sitting on the enchanting Island of Agilkia, the powerful Temple of Isis still marks a place where the Sun attains its greatest declination north and is directly over the Tropic of Cancer at noon on the Summer Solstice. This moment was observed as the initiation of the ancient Egyptian New Year as well as the annual heliacal rising of the star, Sirius, which heralded the beginning of Akhet, the season of the flooding of the Nile.
The annual rising of Sirius was synonymous with the flooding of the River Nile, which left huge deposits of silt, the very valuable black earth or “KMT” (Khemit) for which Egypt was named. Isis is usually depicted wearing the throne, or “seat of power”, reflecting the matriarchal nature of the very ancient civilization.
We will then return to our hotel, with the rest of the afternoon and evening free. Breakfast & Lunch included. Overnight at Mövenpick Resort, Aswan

After lunch at the hotel we’ll take a Felucca (Egyptian Sailboat) from our hotel to
Elephantine Island to explore the site that is home to the temple dedicated to the Neter, Khnum, who was the “master of the mysteries of water”.
Scattered throughout this site we find many remnants displaying the superior technologies of pre-dynastic times. The artwork still present is simply stunning. We will discuss the theory that the Ark of the Covenant was once hidden on this island on its journey south to Ethiopia, where many believe it is now.
We’ll visit the the temple dedicated to the Satet, and one of seven very ancient pyramids located throughout Upper Egypt with alignments to the heliacal rising of Sirius.

Breakfast and Dinner included. Overnight at Steigenberger Nile Palace
DAY 6: Monday, February 9 – (Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride) Karnak Temple
If you wish to experience sunrise in a Hot Air balloon over Luxor – you will have the opportunity early this morning! Enjoy the surreal experience of floating over the valleys, temples and lush fields on the West Bank of Luxor on a sunrise Hot Air Balloon rise. Catch the rays of the early morning sun as it illuminates your bird’s eye view of the Nile and surrounding area.
After breakfast we will visit Karnak Temple, the world’s largest temple. One can never have enough time to fully explore all the riches of Karnak, where we will spend the entire morning.
An avenue of ram-headed sphinxes leads us into the gigantic complex, which includes temples dedicated to Amun, a Neter representing an aspect or stage of the Sun, and Khonsu, who represents the Moon.
In the open air museum we will have time to enter the chapel of Amenhotep I, which is completely made by Alabaster and has amazing resonance! Next we visit the powerful Chapel of Sekhmet where we’ll come face to face with an expertly crafted statue designed to embody the archetypal qualities of the sacred mother. She may even have a message for you.
Sekhmet personifies the solar rays that provide the electromagnetic energy required to sustain life and the earth’s grid. As the lioness, she symbolizes the powerful and fierce, yet protective love, akin to that of any mother. Sekhem means “power” and Sekhmet is the magnetic spark that provides the necessary ‘energy to perform what we have been told are mystical, magical and powerful feats, including the healing of the physical body. She represents the heart-based Life Force of the land and it’s inhabitants.
Be prepared to experience a morning you will never forget! The powerful sacred geometric design and natural elements of the architecture itself has the ability to transform and raise levels of awareness and consciousness as you walk through this and other structures all over the world, designed to harness the natural magnetic current emanating from the earth at these powerful sites.
After our visit to Karnak temple, we’ll have lunch at Hussein. Next, we’ll visit a small Bazaar to shop for Egyptian Jewelry and other items. This evening we’ll enjoy a sunset felluca ride on the Nile. Breakfast and Lunch included. Overnight at Steigenberger Nile Palace
DAY 7: Tuesday, February 10 – Esna Temple, Rameseum & Colossi of Memnon & Evening visit to Luxor Temple at sunset.
We’ll leave early this morning after breakfast for our drive to Esna to visit the extraordinary temple of Khnum.
Located on the west bank of the Nile about 34 miles south of Luxor, the temple of Esna was dedicated to the Neter Khnum, his consorts, the lioness Menhit and Nebtu, their son, Heka, and the great mother goddess, Neith. It contains a wonderful depiction of Khumn fashioning mankind on his potter’s wheel from the black earth or alluvial soil left on the riverbanks from the annual flooding of the Nile. What is the inherent message here?
German and Egyptian researchers have done brilliant work in the restoration of the interior of this temple to its former glory. Known for its remarkable beauty and the magnificence of its architecture, this structure contains amazing astrological displays on its ceiling.
The solar, stellar and lunar depictions are some of the most fascinating symbolic imagery that we’ll see, comparable only to that of the temple of Hathor at Dendera. Patricia will speak about the implications of their significance, including the spectacular presentation of the waxing and waning stages of the moon that reflects the rising and falling of conscious awareness on the newly restored ceiling.
We’ll drive back to the West bank to visit the Colossi of Memnon which stand at the front of the very large and now ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. The statues, each said to weigh around 720 tons, are made from solid blocks of quartzite sandstone which was quarried at el-Gabal el-Ahmar (near modern-day Cairo) and transported 675 km (420 mi) overland to Luxor).
Afterwards we’ll have lunch at Marsum. Next, we’re off to the Rameseum, the mortuary temple of Ramses the Great, which contains some excellent examples of mind-boggling stone masonry in ancient times.
Built on top of at least one earlier structure, this magnificent temple houses statues that required the use of high technologies as well as an enormous megalithic seated statue that has fallen into pieces. Sculpted from one solid piece of Aswan syenite, it would have once towered at 69 ft high, weighing more than 1000 tons. This is the largest remaining colossal statue (except statues crafted in situ) in the world.
Scattered remains of two other finely crafted statues of the seated king made from pink granite and black granite once flanked the entrance to the temple. The pylons and outer walls are decorated with scenes honoring the pharaoh’s military prowess and victories, particularly of the famous battle of Kadesh with the Hittites, as well as his dedication to, and kinship with the Neteru.
We’ll also see wonderful astronomical depictions on the ceiling of the rear hypostyle hall.
We will check into our rooms at the Steigenberger Nile Palace before our sunset visit to Luxor Temple. Luxor Temple was once known as ‘the place of the First Occasion’, where the Neter (god) Amun experienced rebirth during the pharaoh’s annual reenacted coronation ceremony.
Linked to Karnak Temple by an Avenue of Sphinxes marking what was once called ‘path of the god’, Luxor temple was the final destination where famous precessions from Karnak to Luxor temple took place to celebrate the annual Opet Festival. The temple was once known as ‘Amun in Opet’ -or Amun on the horizon and this was a celebration of the fertility of land, Amun and the king as well as the deification of the king as the son of Amun.
After 15 years of intense study, Alchemist R. A. Schwaller de Lubicz wrote a book titled “The Temple in Man: Sacred Architecture and the Perfect Man,” in which he explored the esoteric depth of ancient Egyptian philosophy, spirituality, mathematics, and science. Schwaller’s theory that the temple was designed to replicate all aspects of the male human body (body, mind and spirit), is well documented and has gained support from many researchers.
Dinner on your own. Breakfast and Lunch included Overnight at Steigenberger Nile Palace
DAY 8: Wednesday, February 11 Abydos – Temple of Seti and Osirion (2-hour Special Permission visit at 11 AM)
We will leave directly after breakfast to drive to Abydos for our visit the Seti I Temple, and the very ancient Osirieon Temple.
First, we’ll enter the very ancient and megalithic Osirion for our two-hour Private visit commencing at 11 AM. We’ll have 2 full hours of Private time to experience in this incredibly ancient place of renewal and resurrection.
Several illustrations of the Flower of Life can been seen on the huge pillars, possibly crafted by a Pythagorean School located nearby. Local villagers claim that the water that accumulates in this structure has valuable healing properties.
Afterwards we’ll explore the temple of Seti I dedicated to Osiris.
We will discuss the significance of the symbolism as we experience the masterful craftsmanship of the beautiful depictions that cover the walls of the ancient Seti I temple that is dedicated to Osiris as well as the mysteries and implications of the Osiris ‘resurrection’ rituals that are illustrated throughout the temple.
We’ll discuss the surreal story of Dorothy Eady, later known as Om Seti, who had memories of a past life at Abydos from early childhood and came to live in Abydos to work side by side with and enlighten the early excavators about many of the ancient mysteries regarding the temple. Afterwards we’ll have lunch at the House of Life before departing for Luxor. Overnight at the Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel, Luxor, Luxor (B,L)
DAY 9: Thursday, February 12 Temple of Hathor at Dendera and lecture by Brien Foerster.
After breakfast, we drive to Dendera to visit the incredible Temple of temple at Dendera is one the most significant sites of Egypt and most elaborately decorated temple of its time.
Underneath the entrance gate into the Dendera complex is the only place you will see the underbelly of the winged scarab beetle. Indigenous wisdom keeper, Abd’el Hakim Awyan taught that this meant you would be entering a place that held the answers to all the mysteries of the universe. Hathor tells us that she is the Alpha and Omega, all that is, all that was, and all that ever shall be.
We will be led on a journey of discovery within the Temple of Hathor that can change the way you perceive reality itself. Star maps depicted on the ceilings inside the first Hypostyle Hall, and the replica of famous Dendera Zodiac (the original is displayed at the Louvre in Paris) point to the ancient origins of astrology and superior knowledge of our universe.
John Anthony West once called this temple “the Womb of Time”. Hathor, the Netert who personified motherhood, beauty, sexuality, love, joy, harmony, dance and music was known as the Lady of the Stars and symbolizes the womb that gives birth to our perception of time and space. As the ‘Eye of Ra’ she represents the nurturing rays of the Sun required for birth, growth and renewal as well as the fierce rays of the sun that destroy in order to provide a space for new beginnings.
The most distinctive parts of the temple are the fourteen crypts, of which eleven were decorated. These areas were devoted to Lunar aspects of nature and their symbolism contains many keys to the ancient mysteries of Egypt. Many of these formerly closed crypts were recently opened to the public.
The most famous crypt holds the famous ‘lightbulb’ imagery that actually speaks to the birth of the universe as a serpent representing watery waveform or Liquid LIght.
These crypts were used to store cult equipment, archives and magical devices for the temple’s protection, however the most important object kept within them was a statue of the Ba of Hathor. This hidden and most sacred icon was only brought out to receive the first rays of the Sun to celebrate the activation of the ‘rebirth’ of her son, or Sun as a new cycle of potentiality.
There is so much to experience within and around this magnificent temple that we dedicate an entire morning and afternoon at the site. We‘ll have a late lunch at Marsum on the West Bank of Luxor.
Overnight Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel, Luxor (B,L)
DAY 10: Friday, February 13 – Morning flight to Cairo and visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
After an early breakfast we’ll drive to the airport for our flight back to Cairo. After lunch at a local restaurant we’ll visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
The GEM, “the new crown jewel of Egypt”, will be one of the largest, most modern, and renowned museums in the entire world, housing artifacts from all over ancient Egypt, including the complete Tutankhamun collection.
Many of the museums more than 50,000 pieces will be displayed publicly for the first time. We’ll check into our rooms at the fabulous Hyatt Regency West Hotel in Giza,
Dinner on your own. Overnight at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West, Giza
DAY 11: Saturday, February 14- Serapeum, Sound Healing Hospital and Private Entry into the Step Pyramid at Saqqara
After breakfast, we’ll leave at 8 AM for our visit to Saqqara where we will explore several areas. We’ll begin with a visit to the Serapeum, a huge subterranean complex. A long hallway that runs in east/west directions is flanked by chambers that house gigantic, highly crystalline stone boxes that weight from 80-100 tons. We’ll discuss all the possible theories as to when they were created and what they might have been used for at different times throughout Egypt’s history.
Next we’ll visit the Sound Healing Hospital at the Heb Sed Court to experience the still active healing frequencies of this ancient site and discuss the many references to the importance of balancing the polarized energies within. What does Imhotep represent – and how can we become architects of energy? The ancients understood that sustained healing requires more than a spontaneous cure for active symptoms.
It involves an interactive process in which the patient must also participate. You will be guided through the Mirror, a ‘device’ that presents you with the opportunity to experience your own reflection– that can offer clues to aid in your journey back to Ma’at or inner peace.Next we’ll enter the Step Pyramid on a Private Entry.
Under the Step Pyramid is a labyrinth of tunneled chambers and galleries that are said to be 3.5 miles long which connect to a central shaft that is about 7 meters square and 28 meters deep. The entrance to this shaft was built on the north side of the pyramid. The sides of the underground passages are limestone inlaid with blue faience tile to replicate reed matting.
These “palace façade” walls are further decorated by panels decorated in low relief that show the king participating in the mysterious Heb-sed festival. We’ll be entering from the North Entrance of the pyramid.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a traditional ‘home-cooked’ buffet lunch at the fabulous Blue Lotus Restaurant. Located on a farm near Saqqara, much of the delicious food we’ll be served is grown here or locally. If we’re lucky we’ll see the now very rare blue lotuses blooming in the small pools located here.
Breakfast & Lunch included. Dinner on your own and free time this evening. Overnight, Hyatt Regency West, Giza (B,L)
DAY 12: Sunday, February 15 – Visit the Giza Plateau and Valley Temple with views of the Sphinx, farewell Lunch at the Pyramids Restaurant & Private Entry inside the Great Pyramid at 5PM.
After an early breakfast we’ll visit the Giza Plateau and explore the areas around the Great and Middle Pyramids. Though the three large Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure are the most famous and prominent monuments at Giza, the site has probably been in use since pre-dynastic times.
Abd’el Hakim Awyan said that pyramids were once called Per Neteru, or ‘Houses of Nature or Energy’. Per Neter Het was a phrase that referred to the ‘place of the Per Neter’ and it was the place that was most significant. Site locations in ancient times were chosen for their powerful geomagnetic currents which enabled them to harness, amplify and radiate this extraordinary energy with the incredible structures they built on them.
No bodies were found in any of these pyramids and yet, the Great pyramid brilliantly encodes the fractal speed of light, the precise measurements of earth’s curvature and radius, the sun‘s radius, average continent height, average temperature of earth and other geological, mathematical and astronomical information. We’ll discuss the many theories of who built them, and when, and maybe more significantly, why?
Next we’ll visit the Valley temple with views of the Sphinx before we stop for lunch at the Pyramids Restaurant.
Our journey together will culminate with an incredible 2-hour Private visit inside the Great Pyramid.
The King’s, Queen’s and Subterranean chambers will all be opened for us to experience and explore. The pyramid’s brilliant design elements combined with the consistency of the stones used to construct it have been said to create incredible fields of energy that can have a powerful impact on the physical, mental and spiritual bodies of anyone inside. Scientist Phillip Callahan has purported in several books that the shape and use of paramagnetic stone enabled the ancient builders to capture and channel cosmic energy to create force fields for multiple purposes. A recent study by the Journal of Applied Physics by Russian and German researchers has now confirmed that the Great Pyramid can produce electromagnetic energy in certain chambers of its structure. Researchers determined that when they are hit by radio waves, these phenomena occur in all three chambers.
The acoustic properties within the pyramid are phenomenal. Indigenous knowledge holder Abd’el Hakim Awyan stated that the Giza pyramids are harmonic structures that benefitted from the combined use of sound, light and subterranean running water that created fields of force. He often said that: “Every chamber within the pyramid has a specific harmonic replicating the harmonics of the cavities of the human body. Sound healing techniques were then used to restore the patient’s body to the correct harmonics.”
Afterwards you will be transported to Cairo to check into your rooms at the Le Meridien Airport Hotel. Breakfast & Lunch included Overnight, Le Meridien Airport Hotel, Cairo.

Featured Speakers:
Brien Foerster
Brien was born in Rochester, Minnesota, U.S.A. but grew up on the west coast of Canada. At age 11, he became fascinated with the Native art of the Haida native people, and began carving totem poles, and other related art forms, learning from Native teachers. After completing an Honors Bachelor Of Science degree, Brien decided to take up carving and sculpture full time, at the age of 25.
In 1995 he moved to Maui, Hawaii, and was hired as assistant project manager for the building of the 62 foot double hull sailing canoe ( ancestor of the modern day catamaran ) Mo’okiha O Pi’ilani ( Sacred Lizard That Pierces The Heavens ) and the restoration of the famous Mo’olele sailing canoe. This project lasted 2 years.
There, having learned how to make Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddles from master carver Keola Sequiera, he started an online outrigger paddle business, which flourished internationally.
Peru became his next major area of interest. The study of the Inca culture led to his writing a book, A Brief History Of The Incas which is available on this site, and is now the assistant director of the Paracas History Museum in Paracas, south of Lima. He is also assisting the municipality of Paracas to improve the number of foreign tourists that visit, as well as is fundamental in expanding tourism in general, especially as regards showing all visitors the 10,000 years of human occupation of this area, through tours of major and minor archaeological sites.
Other projects, which will result in published books, include one about the ancient history of Hawaii, the mysterious stone monuments of Peru that predate the Inca, and the search for the lost continent of Mu. This will require combining all that he has learned so far, with trips to New Zealand (Aotearoa), Hawaii, and Easter island (Rapanui.)
Author of many books and numerous radio and television interviews, Brien resides in Peru with his wife.

Suzan Moore Geologist
Born and raised on the prairies of Saskatchewan Canada, Suzan developed a keen interest in nature, rocks and stars at an early age. That passion later led her to pursue a Geology degree with a minor in Astronomy. Suzan has been working as a Geologist in Canada for over 40 years. She originally worked in both mining and regional mapping of granites and metamorphic rocks in northern Saskatchewan and the North West Territories. She has been working for many years as a Sedimentological Specialist in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary Alberta, specializing in the Jurassic of North-Western America.
She has always had an interest in Ancient Egypt and, since her first visit, returns regularly. After a trip to Peru in 2013 she developed a passion for understanding megalithic structures and the rocks they are carved from which led her to explore their implications in Egypt as well. She is currently trying to incorporate how weathering, time and source of the rocks affect the construction and preservation of many of the megalithic structures.
Suzan has been exploring these and much more on her travels with Patricia to sites in India, Great Britain, and Cambodia, as well as Peru, Bolivia and Egypt. Suzan offers a unique and fresh perspective on the description, consistency and use of the various types of rocks and materials used in the ancient structures here.
